The official website of NYSHOA, New York State's Elite Ice Hockey Official Association located in Buffalo, New York. NYSHOA continue's to provide Western New York's amateur hockey associations with highly trained and skilled officials. Our Official's strive to keep the integrity and safety of the game while encouraging sportsmanship and fair play. NYSHOA continues to provide officials to over 22 associations and 7 leagues.

USA Hockey implemented their New Standard of Play rules last season and continues their rule enforcements through the 2007 – 2007 season. NYSHOA would like to welcome the 2009 North American Prospect Showcase (NAPS) to Buffalo, NY. NYSHOA is a proud sponsor of the 2009 NAPS tournament and excited to provide officials for the entire showcase. Games will be held at the Pepsi Center located in Amherst, NY, Holiday Twin Rinks located in Cheektowaga, NY and Leisure Rinks located in Orchard Park, NY. The tournament will be held during the following weekends:
April 10, 11 and 12th, 2009
May 8, 9 and 10th, 2009
June 26, 27 and 28th, 2009
July 10, 11 and 12th, 2009
